Abstract :
According to the relationship between energy consumption and economic growth, many problems as enormous future demands, unreasonable energy consumption structure, large proportion of high energy-consuming industries, great energy intensity and discrepant area energy-consuming level arise in the process of Chinese energy development. From aspects of supply and consumption, the study advances suggestions of ensuring smooth supply, diversifying supplying resources, enhancing energy exploitation and accelerating new energy construction. Meanwhile, it suggests that the governments and enterprises should adopt technologies and administration for energy utilizing efficiency; and four relationships needs coordination, they are respectively coordination of economic and energy construction for mutual promotion but not constraint, coordination of revenue and risks brought by new energies, coordination of economic and energy-consuming structure for energy efficiency improvement, and coordination of economic and energy development in different areas in China for the win-win situation only by regional harmonious growth.
