Abstract :
The Jilin Liu house Bentonite Co., Ltd., production of sodium bentonite and sulfuric acid as acidifier be modified bentonite is the main raw material. Its adsorption kinetics study and equation fitting by using orthogonal experiment determine the immobilized ball best embedding conditions. The results show that: bentonite and acid bentonite for the immobilized carrier. the adsorption of nitrate nitrogen are 88.10 mg / g and 95.49mg / g; its pseudo second-order reaction kinetics is fitted. Two kinds of carriers about adsorbing nitrate nitrogen correlation coefficients of fitting equation are 0.9522 ∼ 0.587, they has reached a very significant correlation. The best embedding medium dosage of the fixed ball is determined 8%PVA 1% sodium alginate, acid-modified bentonite 3%, CaCl 2 1% on orthogonal test the amount of bacteria of the best package is 50%.
