Abstract :
The paper presents the project “Aequitas”, a trusted third party (TTP) for legal communications, and some reflections about the concept of trust. Confidence in information systems, request that respect is give to personal rights. As well as civil servants, citizens are also part of information systems in public administration and have the right to access the information within them. Our experience shows that TTPs will be implicated in this question. In the project, jurists use a workflow program and we bring into the program small expert systems to suggest decisions about the destination of the documents. This means that AI enters into communicative actions
