Research on the New Energy Power Optimal Allocation Model Based on Quota System

The consumption problem of new energy power has become the main obstacle to the development of new energy sources at the moment. The quota system can provide strong protection for power generation and grid accession. But the electricity quota is very difficult to determine, it needs to consider the competitiveness of new energy power itself, the market demand and social benefits and so on. This paper established a regional new energy optimal allocation model based on quota system from the point of regional electricity demand for new energy power and the social benefits of new energy power. It will help to the innovation and execution of new energy quota system in China.
