Abstract :
It describes the hardware design of beer fermentation control system based on DSP processor TMS320LF2407, and explains its construction and principle. Double-controller is used to simulate the system according to the characteristic of large time-delay and time-varying in Beer fermentation process. The simulation results show that it can get stable output, good robustness and good performance in both set-point tracking and load rejections by using double-controller.
