Abstract :
This paper presents the electronic control device technology for loader work of the working process. By analyzing the process of shovel loader, the loader use the operating resistance to decide bucket of action, and use control technology which controls electro-hydraulic proportional directional control valve opening to adjust the angle and the speed of the bucket, so that the shovel loader can work according to certain excavation work trajectory. According to fuzzy control theory, this designs the microcontroller device control system of Loader work process by using single-chip control technology. Ultimately, it will reduce the operator´s labor intensity and improve the efficiency of the purpose loader.
