Abstract :
Due to increasing integration and reliability of modern medical devices, based on the situation of China, the new framework for medical equipment management must be explored. The new system involves not only in-house and manufacturer, but also the third parties. Compared with the original concept, the 6-year-long exploration of the partnership with third parties and manufacturers has contributed to achieving a "win-win" situation
