Abstract
Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) has the virtue of high reliability, good repetition and easy operation, and been widely used in environmental science research areas. It was used to study the dynamic succession of bacterial communities of anaerobic fermentation of dairy cattle manure during the microbial stationary phase. The results showed that the population of bacterium was abundant while the superiority of that was not evident, and the increment of gas production was steady.
