  • Abstract
In view of the inherent localization of traditional contact CMM, we exploit a miniature five-coordinate laser and CCD compound measuring machine. It is competent to measure such kind of workpieces which are soft, easy-deformed and with complex structure. This machine adopts several key technologies including the latest digital measuring technique, high-precision mechanical structure, laser prober and CCD aiming technique, dynamic establishing coordinate system and transformation technique, mature distributed motion control technique and data processing technique. Finally, the repeated experimental results show the machine meets the requirement of practical measuring accuracy very well.
