The dyeing study on the poplar for furniture

Wood dyeing can improve wood visual characteristics, imitate the color and luster of precious wood species to increase the decorative effect. This text mainly studied single-board in the dyeing method different from the traditional and the use of wood at atmospheric pressure and the transpiration of the Poplar wood dyed to standing trees. Test with red, orange hue of the six two dyes to dye, wood stain on the material and the measurement of whiteness. The results showed: red with white lines stained specimens averages of 33.4, tied orange stain the whiteness of the sample average of 22.87.Dyeing the whiteness of the sample before and after the change was in value of 47.90 ∼ 31.77. Different dyes dyed different effect on different part of poplar; Heartwood and sapwood, sooner or later material is also different among the dyeing results; Values of dyeing the whiteness of wood and dyeing the material are obviously different.
