Abstract :
In e-commerce environments, problems of credit risks are more serious than that of the traditional commerce due to interactions between unfamiliar peers. The application of credit evaluation system for e-commerce plays a important role in mitigating credit risks. This paper proposes an improved AHP-based multi-dimension credit evaluation model based on an analysis of the drawbacks of the current model, which could reveal the real credit status of peers more effectively and help peers to select proper transaction partners according to their preferences. To further validate the model, several instances are presented in the end.
