Abstract :
Based on grid-computing environment, a power system restoration collaborative grid (PSRC grid) is proposed, which aims to make it possible for power system operators from different systems to collaborate and exchange information when large-scale blackouts occur. The architecture of the PSRC grid system is designed according to the open grid services architecture. A prototype of the PSRC grid is developed with Globus Toolkit 3.0. It shows considerable potential of dealing the data share and wide-area distributed computing for power system collaborative restoration.
