Abstract :
Aiming at the nonlinear and uncertain of hydraulic servo system, this paper has put forward the electro-hydraulic position synchronization control system, in order to improve the synchronism of double electro-hydraulic position servo system. This control system is designed based on the auto-disturbances rejection and feedback control, in which the auto-disturbance rejection controller (ADRC) is used in speed loop. The speed loop can first observe the both the internal and external disturbance of the speed system, and then offset the disturbance. Furthermore, the PID control is joined into the feedback loop which improves the quality of active synchronization of bilateral hydraulic system greatly. The results of simulation indicate that the control system we designed has high precision to synchronous control the object to be control.
