Abstract
Since 1990s, motor vehicle emissions (e.g. NOX , CO, SO2 ) that are mainly exhausted from civil vehicles and motorcycles, have gradually replaced the mixed pollution of coal smoke and become the primary source of air pollution in China. The amount of motor vehicle exhaust is usually determined by vehicle´s annual average driving mileage, emission factor of very type vehicle and possession of motor vehicles. Therefore, the paper put forward some measures to control and decrease motor vehicle emissions according to these three factors.
