Abstract :
Presents an electric loading system without inertia disk for actuators that adopts a torque-loading structure with disc permanent magnet synchronous torque motor, which connects directly with the actuator under test, eliminating the inertia disk damping. It employs Wheatstone bridge circuit for measuring torque, and sticks strain gauges directly on the output shaft of the torque motor, removing the inertia of the torque sensor. Also, it establishes a model of disc permanent magnet synchronous torque motor, and uses the SVPWM (space vector pulse width modulation) method for the motor torque control. The simulation results of step response show that the system, without the need for bulky energy conversion device, realizes any transient current amplitude to control, through the use of sine wave current for driving, and reduces significantly the torque ripple, inhibits effectively the excess force in loading process. This electric loading system is simple in its structural design, and can improve model accuracy. Meanwhile, SVPWM vector control method improves the dynamic quality and control precision of the loading system.
