            Abstract :
Experimental results of development of a commutating equipment for 100 W 112 kJ low-inductance capacitive storage module are discussed. This equipment consists of linear two-cascade gas switch with the distortion of an electrical field, eight-channel 100 kV generator of high-voltage trapezoidal pulses for ignition of the linear switch and single-channel generator for control of the eight-channel generator. The detailed characteristics of the mentioned commutating units ensuring capacity for work of the module as a whole are presented. The carried out research has shown that controllability of the linear switch is achieved practically in all a range of changing of module charge voltage with an operation delay of less than 100 ns and a jitter of no more than 13 ns.
