Abstract :
The rapid development of B2C e-commerce in China has opened up new avenues of shopping. The study of the size, market and consumers of China´s B2C e-commerce transactions has an important significance on the development of e-commerce. Based on the collection and analysis of relevant literatures and intensive investigation, combined with relevant theories, this paper makes a research on China´s B2C e-commerce and then puts some suggestions to promote the healthy development of China´s B2C e-commerce market.
