Abstract :
To the question of that the inherent testing ability of a certain type of radar transmitter is not better to aim at on-line and real-time test for some key components; the embedded automatic test system based on SOPC is designed. According to designing the testing intervention scheme, aimed at no-change and no-effect when radar is working. The IP Core of SOPC include such function as automatic span conversion, automatic trigger electrical level adjustment, automatic zero regulation, and automatic adjusting. By statically and dynamic testing, proving the capability of signal isolation, signal testing, automatic testing function, and fault diagnose, indicating that the designing is reasonable and effective.
