Abstract :
Base on the definition of cone angle and measuring principle, it is analyzed that the measuring method, the error of measuring-parameters and the influence on cone angle error caused by the error of measuring-parameters. An optimum measuring method of cone angle is presented. A digital cone angle sensor and matched setting, which can position the workpiece and sensor, are developed with modern test technique. The project and realization of loading in constant force is given. For the demands of the input axle of car´s transmission box had a cone angle with high precision. A cone angle auto-measuring system is developed with the technique of the servo control, computer and data processing, etc. In this paper, the overall structure and function, measuring principle and technology, the flow chart of main program of the system are described. The performance of the system is verified by real application and experiments. The resolution of system≤1“; The repeatability of system≤5”.
