Abstract :
The development of backward rural circulation industry in Shanxi is affected by natural, economic, social and many other reasons. Based on the qualitative analysis of rural circulation industry, authors chose per capita net income of rural households, every hundred rural areas the number of car ownership, total retail sales of consumer goods in rural areas, Engel´s Coefficient to be mother sequences. Grey incidence analysis was used to analyze the association coefficient between factors and their contributions to rural circulation industry. The results showed that the largest contribution of factors including: original value of productive fixed assets per rural households, every hundred rural areas the number of car ownership and so on. The authors also analyzed complex interaction and relationships between controllable factors and others of poverty system. To help to speed up the development of the rural circulation industry of decision-making, some suggestions were given in the end.
