  • Abstract
    The FABULOUS EU project proposes a solution for NG-PON2 based on a WDM FDM/FDMA approach, and aims at realizing a fully integrated silicon-photonics ONU. The effectiveness of the architecture is being proven with discrete components, and in this paper we report about the preliminary results achieved with real-time traffic transmission.
