Abstract :
The comprehensive evaluation of rural informatization is a grey problem. This paper presents a grey relational analysis method to evaluate the rural informatization level.A grey relational evaluation model of rural informatization is set up, then studies it by AHP and grey relational analysis to obtain the weights of the indicators and counts grey evaluation coefficients. This analysis method is flexible and can avoid the uncertainties of evaluating rural informatization in the past. It will help direct rural informatization management departments with jobs and promotes rural informatization development.
