Abstract :
The unevenness degree of flow distribution is a very important performance index for spray oil duct. According to its test requirements and technical characteristics, this paper proposes to detect the uneven distribution of spray nozzle flow rate by digital image processing technology, designs and develops auto-measurement instrument, and selects a standard component of spray oil duct to test the accuracy, repeatability, stability and maneuverability of the instrument. The test results indicate that the measurement error of the instrument is less than 2 ml, and the accuracy is ±0.3%. It meets the technical requirement very well for the unevenness degree measurement of oil duct flow rate.
