Abstract :
The methods for the synthesis of intermetallic coatings are investigated. Mathematical model of the process of vacuum ion-plasma deposition allows predicting the composition of the coatings on the basis of the intermetallic system Ti-Al are developed. Based on the model created a program to determine the coating composition according to the technological modes of deposition vacuum ion-plasma coating. Experimental verification of the calculation results confirmed the adequacy of the mathematical model.
