Abstract :
This paper analyzes the researched results about the reliability theory, building a calculating model of the segment reliability of the main highway under snow situation based on the method of probability theory, deducing the critical threshold of the reliability under snow disaster based on the automobile theory and the highway design theory, and building the model of highway route reliability, at last, validating the affectivity of the model according to the field data.
