  • Abstract
    According to the trend of upgrading of industry, factory automation and varieties, warehouse management becomes complicated more and more. Nowadays, because of the difficulties of getting ground, increasing labor price, by which we suggest the using of automatic warehouse may evaluate the usage times of space and ground and the efficiency of material deposit and taking. This system is cooperated by teacher and students. We sincerely hope this system can be the instruction on automation and electromechanical integration. This system contains the equipments of storage racks, main controller, stacker crane, entry and delivery station, and computer of warehouse management. About all, main controller is adopted single chip 8751 to control the stacker crane to finish the processes of storing, retrieving and picking the materials. The stacker crane can be controlled by main controller or radio wave remote control in off-line mode. Meanwhile, the main controller can be linked with PC computer by RS-232 in online mode. This will make the material management of warehouse become computerized
