            Abstract : 
The paper is concerned with a class of uncertain systems with relational knowledge representations. In the first part, a basic description of the uncertain variables and decision problems are presented. In the second part, a generalization in the form of soft variables, a learning system and other problems concerning the applications of uncertain variables are described.
