Abstract
Human factors on the normal operation of CNG fuelling stations have a significant impact, management measures should focus on staff to develop and implement. In this paper, management, employees, environment, equipment, four aspects of research on human factors mechanism, the creation of a “two way, three measures, four habits and five parties thinking” of management idea, reconcile human factor of risks in fuelling stations, improve management efficiency and expand prevention barrier, promote human harmony, and have achieved good practical application of results.
