  • Abstract
    In this paper, on the basis of analyzing theoretically and summing up calculational methods about Bend loss of single-mode fibers, Matlab simulation has been accomplished. Synchronously, it showed the measurements of the bend loss in G.652 fiber for the different bend radius by using OTDR, compared to academic result. Withal, it also performed the measurements of the bend loss in single-mode fiber for the different location, which can apply to the technology of anti-wiretapping in cable.
