Abstract :
Electromagnetic field, which is generated by ESD spark and thin wire with ESD current injection, can cause interference to electronic equipments. In this paper, measurement systems for this electromagnetic field and coupling field of ESD with electronic equipments are established. The radiation field generated by the two kinds of ESD and coupling field in the cavity under the circumstances of different dimension of the aperture and different discharge voltages are measured using the measurement systems. According to the measurement results, some theoretical computation results and some conclusions are drawn.
