Abstract
The BaxSr1-xTiO3 (BST) series of ferroelectric materials is being used for microstrip phase shifters. The phase shift performance achieved by the phase shifter module is being compared to the beam scanning performance of the phased array antenna. A beam scanning of 17 deg and 30 deg are achievable in the two array designs
