Abstract :
According to the uncertainties of prestressed tendon in the tensioning process, the thesis applies the adaptive single neuron PID controller to the full-automatic digital prestressed tension device headed by PLC, it can realize full automatically data acquisting and intelligence control of the tensioning process, make sure the data acquisition is real-time, accurate and reliable, it can also improve control precision of prestressed tension, the anticipated effect is achieved.
