Abstract :
Set up the mathematical model after the dimension was achieved, and then kinematics simulation analysis could be easily doing by using MATLABSIMULINK simulation platform. Parameters could be easily modified and the analytical solution could be got accurately, design time could be saved and the quality of the product could be improved. The results were saved in the workspace of MATLAB software, and the course became so uncomplicated that relation curves between any parameters could be drawn by programming MATLAB procedure. Established the kinematics equation of the material carrying mechanism according to its kinematics principle, and the wonderful result has been obtained when analyzing it using the platform.
