Abstract :
Tactical data link is information warfare command and control automatization, realize information resources sharing as well as the operation platform for interactive real-time information system, and the ATS is to ensure its effective implementation and tactical missions, give full play to the important role of information node equipment. In this paper, the tactics data link system effectiveness as the goal, ATS according to its complex system structure and characteristics, according to experts and writing task consulting, to construct the system efficiency index system, using the AHP method, the index of the relative important degree of evaluation, eventually obtaining accurate indexes weights.
