Abstract
Because conventional PID controller is difficult to solve the pure lag problem, so the technology of monitor AGC caused in hot strip rolling mills, the control strategy of predicted extrapolation data processing algorithm is put forward. It figures out stability and dynamic nature of system that the pure lag and programmed algorithm induce. The effect of predicted extrapolation algorithm is very important to improve the quality of strip steel rolled stock in colored metallurgy industry. Key words: monitor AGC; pure lag; predicted extrapolation; data processing Hot-rolling strip product quality depends on the vertical strip thickness tolerance, in order to eliminate deviation of plate thickness, achieve control requirements of plate thickness which the system want, Automatic gauge control(AGC) technology is introduced in system.
