Abstract :
Dual-motors synchronization driving is an important loop in the Gantry moving type boring-milling machine Centre. In order to achieve high precision dual-motors synchronization driving, parameters identification algorithm is applied in the control system which can modify the controller parameters online.Besides, load observer is used to compensate the external disturbance. Simulation results and experiments show that the control scheme is effective. The algorithm takes advantage of strong robustness, small dynamic synchronization error. So it can satisfy the accurate control requirements better.
