Abstract :
A dual-loop feedback compensation technique is developed for fast low dropout regulators (LDRs). Compared with conventional Miller compensation, it increases the bandwidth of an LDR by 30 times, and requires compensation capacitors that are a hundred times smaller. Theoretical aspects and design considerations are discussed, and simulation results are presented
