            Abstract :
In this paper, we deal with the restoration of images degraded by the atmospheric turbulence. Atmospheric turbulence imposes a strong limit for observation on long propagation paths. We present a phase diversity blind deconvolution algorithm based on the minimization method. An alternating minimization iterative scheme is devised to recover the image and simultaneously identify the phase
