Abstract :
The power semiconductor industry is providing innovative devices, integrated solutions and advanced packaging that satisfy world´s insatiable demands for applications that are better, faster, smaller, and more power efficient. Integrated solutions are increasingly becoming viable alternatives to non-integrated solutions and will eclipse the non-integrated solutions for power semiconductor offerings.
