Abstract :
We present fabrication details and measurements of a high-resolution planar-waveguide spatial heterodyne spectrometer incorporating 64 asymmetric Mach-Zehnder interferometers. Measurements verify 1 GHz resolution across a 64 GHz free-spectral range.
