  • Abstract
    By analyzing the problems of decomposing furnace exit temperature automatic control can not keep long-term run stably in domestic cement, application of Fuzzy-PI composite control in decomposing furnace is proposed. And according to the actual operation, expert operation experience is combined with Fuzzy-PI composite control. The scheme is the combination of fuzzy and PI control algorithm skillfully, ensures good dynamic characteristics of the system, a high dynamic response and high steady state accuracy, and the expert operation experience which is merged into Fuzzy-PI can ensure the system can keep run stably. The reasonableness and practicability of this scheme have proved by continuous and steady operation in cement enterprise.
