Abstract :
This paper proposes a family of DC/DC converters, which employs an innovative interleaving concept by using series-primary windings and interleaved parallel-secondary sides. The advantages of these converters include reduced filter sizes, improved transient response and increased efficiency. The concept was demonstrated on 48V-to-1.2V/70A VRMs. Generalization and extensions are also provided
