  • Abstract
Sodium dodecyl sulfate micellar solutions in water were studied by dielectric spectroscopy (DS) to investigate relaxation processes. The experimental complex permittivity vs. frequency was analyzed by fitting the experimental data with three different models to characterize the micelled surfactant: single Debye, Cole-Cole and double Debye. Ohmic conductance data were also obtained. Results were compared with results recently obtained by other groups.
