  • Abstract
    Loader working device is a big structure that consists of six complex members. And it is difficult to calculate inner stress accurately and confirm the largest stress location. But finite element software can treat it easily. And stress results are precise and consistent with actual situation. Furthermore, only the largest load case was taken in past analysis, which make loader members size larger and weighty. Based on one case, loader members capability and fatigue life are not in accordance with actual cases. According to work process of loader, several representative cases are calculated respectively and the corresponding time-load curves are obtained, which provide precise mechanical basis for fatigue life analysis.
