Abstract :
It was an important to improve urban transportation management level by carrying out urban transportation management planning. According to the characteristics of urban transportation management planning, the evaluation model of urban transportation management planning project was studied based on fuzzy theory. First, the 14 evaluation index of urban transportation management planning project was constructed from three aspects, which are safety, smooth and environment. Second, the weights of evaluation indicators were determined by fuzzy AHP, and then a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for urban transportation management planning project was established. Finally, the example of Dongguan was presented to illustrate the model. The results show that the model is very effectual.
