Abstract
Because of the high degree of openness of the service system, it is very difficult to completely achieve "zero defects ¿for service enterprises. However, the construction of network of relationships is an important model for the development of enterprises, it is a development trend of service enterprise to create service network of relational value based on mutual benefit. This paper takes service network as object of study, from the three aspects of service mutual benefit, network mutual benefit and commodity mutual benefit, analysis relational value, build structural equation model, and verify the degree of influence that the dimensions of the mutual benefit to relational value, reveal an intermediary effect of fit.
