Abstract :
The search for intelligent knowledge-based solutions necessarily addresses (a) the identification of models, (b) the definition and computation of acceptable solutions, and (c) the robust synthesis of information from multiple sources. In this paper, the problem of design adequate models for non-linear plants with large uncertainties is under consideration. A new approach based on the implementation of intuitionistic fuzzy generalized nets (IFGNs) is proposed. Development of IFGN models of some of the main stages of the process of softened water production in "Himco" Vratza is presented and discussed.
