  • Abstract
This paper proposes a prototype of expertmedia as a response thought the spatial intention. It could be used to represent the human of body experience for a retrospective process of place memory. Its positive significance lies in the convertibility of human physical experience could be implied with a specific understanding. It also could be used to mold a kind of spatial knowledge structure especially for spatial navigation, human-computer interaction, and design studies in architecture. Thereby in order to verify the reliability of the above, we provide a visual tagging mechanism and implement our idea on an empirical experiment of spatial recognition at a Chinese garden project. We found that a tag could be used to concentrate as an entire sense within different communication media. Different tags in the sharing mechanism could collage out a place of collective view. This perspective would be used to assist designers to understand the sense of place and be applied to find out the possibilities of environmental design in future.
