Abstract :
An integrated series resonant module (ISRM) for a 100 kW 3-phase ZCT inverter is constructed from planar ferrites, flat conductors and high permittivity dielectrics. The unit is assembled by stacking planar layers and clamping them together. From the test results, it appears as an excellent alternative for conventional discrete resonant components. Some design issues are also discussed
