Abstract
The developing tendency of mobile communications beyond 3G is analyzed to pave the way for the future. Some key issues related to beyond 3G mobile communications are described from technical perspective and system architecture concept. Some research achievements regarding TD-MC-CDMA demonstration system are mentioned in WTI (Wireless Technology Innovation) labs. Discussions for the prediction of next generation mobile communication systems are given.
